Julie Clark is the vice president for Strategic Alliances at the National Legal Aid & Defender Association. Clark joined the organization in 1981 and assumed her current position under new leadership in 2005. She also serves as secretary to the Board of Directors.
Prior to coming to the legal aid organization, Clark served as deputy to President Jimmy Carter’s Advisor on Inflation, Alfred Kahn.
